Random visits to 40 homes in San Francisco to check TV sets for levels of X-radiation emission
Color television sets may be dangerous to your health.
On July 25, 1975, Ant Farm (Curtis Schreler, Chip Lord and Doug Michels) accompanied by Dr. Rlin Finston, Senior Health Physicist of Stanford University’s Health Physics Office, made random visits to 40 San Francisco homes to learn if any of the local television sets were leaking X-radiation (X-rays).
The findings were startling. Ten of the sets leaked radiation and one was leaking at a level which exceeded the government standard. (Ant Farm 1976: 16-17)
