Description
The third site was Maiden Lane, a downtown street near the major shopping area near Union Square. The whole street was closed for two days, covered with turf, trees, and even more animals (cows, goats, chickens, sheep, llamas). This was a greater participatory event. (Burnham and Sherk 1981: 50)
